About Driveways and Patios

Driveways and Patios has been serving Dublin homeowners for over 15 years. We're based in Finglas, Dublin 11 — and we cover all of County Dublin as well as Kildare, Meath, Wicklow, and parts of Louth. Every job is done by our own trained team. We don't subcontract.

We started out doing primarily block paving driveways — the bread-and-butter of residential paving in Dublin — and over the years have expanded to cover the full range of driveway and outdoor surfaces: tarmac, resin-bound, gravel, concrete, natural stone, and patios in a range of materials including Indian sandstone, porcelain, limestone and granite. We also do driveway repairs, walling, fencing, landscaping, and drainage work.

The one thing that hasn't changed in 15 years is how we approach a job. We come out to your property, assess the ground, measure up, and give you a written quote within 24 hours. No deposits, no estimates, no ballpark figures — a real price for your real job. If you're not happy with the finished work, we come back and make it right.

We're a family-run business, not a franchise or a call centre. The people who answer the phone are the people who run the business. The team that installs your driveway has been trained by us, works for us directly, and is accountable to us — and through us, to you.

Our Service Area

We work across County Dublin — from Balbriggan and Skerries in the north to Bray and Greystones in the south, and from the city centre out to Lucan, Clondalkin, and Tallaght in the west. We also cover the commuter counties within approximately 1.5 hours of Dublin: Kildare (Naas, Celbridge, Maynooth, Leixlip, Newbridge), Meath (Ashbourne, Ratoath, Dunshaughlin, Navan), Wicklow (Bray, Greystones, Wicklow town), and southern Louth (Drogheda, Dundalk).

Insurance and Guarantees

We carry public liability insurance and employer's liability insurance. You can ask for the certificate — we'll send it. Every installation comes with a written workmanship guarantee: if something goes wrong because of how we laid it, we'll come back and fix it.
